I still have a 3Gs. I’m very happy with it. I heard about so many bugs with 4, and 4S-SIRI. My friends say Siri quickly becomes tiresome. My son has a 3, and really does need to upgrade. A new phone like mine is $1. Go up to 4 & &100, then 4S &200. I know the camera is better in the other models, but mine has served me well. I don’t need a flash, it is good even in low light. Is it really worth the extra money, or should we get him a 3Gs and wait for 5 to come out?
