People choose different protein bars for many different reasons, but finding the best protein bars is another story. When we make our choice based on external reasoning rather than being relevant to our internal dietary protein needs we may be doing more damage than we think and that can have negative effects for our long term health. Sometimes we choose protein bars for our conditionally essential activities such as exercising to help us either build muscle tissue, eat less to lose weight or increase our calorie intake. Reading the FDA nutritional facts labeling is a good way to help determine if you are choosing the best protein bar. To do this one must also know their dietary numbers such as suggested protein intake based on their weight and height. Proteins that we digest go through a process known as transamination. This process allows for amino acid groups to be transferred to other carbon compounds to produce new amino acids. Hence proteins are made up of Amino acids and not the other way around. There are nine Amino Acids that the human body needs which must be consumed in the diet, they are.

We chose protein bars based on faulty reasoning some times. Here are just a few of the reasons we choose and label protein bars as best protein bars. They suit or Emotional or Psychological needs, we choose them because they are available and convenient, we choose protein bars because someone has told us we need to learn to eat or utilize their nutritional value as a miracle bar. Perhaps one of the biggest reasons why we choose protein bars is because they have become widely the norm for exercise enhancement and stamina however we should never choose them just because they are socially acceptable. Other reasons and factors we use in helping us to determine what exactly is the best protein bar are. They appeal to us and the last one being a huge factor, because we think they are healthy

We must evaluate Nutritional Advice less we believe everything we hear

This is where it becomes difficult to distinguish between our feelings rather than comparing quantifiable data. If we believe our protein bar is the best protein bar because we assume it helps to increase muscle mass and decrease our over-all body fat than we are assuming based on feeling and impression. Perhaps we heard so and so most recently gained 2 pounds of muscle mass while eating xxxx protein bar. Than we decide to try xxxx protein bar because it done wonders for so and so and, so and so has aroused and boosted our Psychological and Emotional need. Than are feelings and impressions have been based on that of another individual user and not based from our own personal experiment or dietary facts. When we do not eat or stick to a proper diet our bodies use proteins for energy. Since our bodies cannot store protein when we are nutritionally deficient in one area that means we rob ourselves or our protein synthesis process which is used for functional purposes.

The Best Protein Bars Compliment Dietary Needs

In short, the best protein bars are good when they are used properly and for conditionally essential reasons however personal dietary needs must be carefully analyzed to determine which protein bar may or may not be the best protein bar based on each individual’s personal numbers. No dietary supplement replace’s the value of a balanced nutritional diet. In fact, without meeting personal nutritional values dietary supplements can do more harm than good.
